March 30, 2009 - Lemon and citrus peel, ripe white and yellow fruit, lots of glycerol, a touch of exotic spice and a fairly long aftertaste; kept itself together over the course of three days (with nightly rests in the fridge in between). Accessible now, but could age a bit more. A tasty white.
