February 9, 2024 - $98 off the list at Epiphany Farms in Bloomington. Ordered and immediately decanted well ahead of the entrees to give it some time to breathe. Dark color. Aromas of candied black raspberry and cherry, licorice, clove, pine resin, rosemary and root beer. Full-bodied with soft tannin and flavors of root beer and licorice, cranberry, black cherry and dried herbs. With ninety minutes of air this just softens and expands. A stellar little Beaujo.
