    September 23, 2023 - @ Le Bernardin NYC out of 375ml. Pale and almost colorless with the slightest tinge of yellow. Still painfully young with a lot of sunny brightness and green tree fruits on the nose. In the mouth it is polished with medium weight, cleansing, but without much fat or definition. Way too young but was the only reasonable option off the list…
