  February 8, 2024 - This s the "Grassi et Figlio" bottling. Dark red hue but quite pale. Beautifully open nose of soft red sour cherry fruits. Juicy on the palate but also quite lean Just a touch pinched the back end. Certainly fresh. Medium weight. 13%. Elegant. Powdery tannin, very slightly drying. The high altitude shows I think. My style of Chianti. Very good indeed.

  February 3, 2024 - Tense and fresh, lots of tart juicy fruit, clean mineral and herbal tones, a little bloody and savory. On the lean and elegant side of Chianti, this is always a very fresh style.
