  April 6, 2024 - PnP, followed 7 hours
  
  At first, hot and woody, needed 2-3 hours to reveal a pure expression of white flowers, yellow apples and a compelling minerality in the background.
  With more air it takes on a sweetness which is interesting enough, though for me, the height was at the 3-4 hour mark, where it was the most elegant, delineated, and frankly easy drinking.
