February 15, 2024 - DSG 06/2023. Dosage at 3g
Very pale color.
Nose of peach and chalk.
Very pure mouth. If the peach juice dominates, it is relayed by an extraordinary minerality for a rosé which develops very marked aromas of salinity and wet stone in the second half of the palate. Good finish, chalky and saline over a decent length.
Good pink champagne. -

Tremendous Rose. Fresh, clean and without any annoying fruit drops aromas. Saline and balanced. Top 3 in Rose for me. 94
