October 21, 2023 - This is unlike any txakoli that I've ever tasted. They tend to be quite neutral, low in alcohol, refreshing but not very interesting. This is something else; very aromatic and fruity, slightly funky, ripe yellow apples, lemon, good acidity. I don't think it pleases everyone but I like it a lot.
