February 10, 2024 - Fred’s bottle. Takes about 30 minutes to wake up, but then it is Soooo good! Explosive aromatics that are quite layered, with honey, white fruit, white tea, and a bit of waxy lanolin. Dances across the tongue, light weight but with a profusion of citrus and underripe pineapple. Lightly raspy but lustrous texture, like rubbing velvet the wrong way. Sneaky long on the finish, with a lick of stone.

October 31, 2023 - Perfect Halloween wine! Nose of tangerine, stone, and marigold. Palate is great with rose, white melon, and lime. Light on its feet! Give this air…it just gets better.
