High on fruit, low tannus. Hint of spice.
Paired with Roast chicken. -

January 26, 2024 - If the SAQ’s notes are correct, and this is 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Sangiovese, then wow does terroir ever speak multitudes here. Sour cherry is the dominant fruit, with some cedar, and a bit of strawberry. Tannin and acidity both ample, and fuelling this wine’s wonderful food pairing powers.
