August 21, 2016 - Fast Times at the Frey's: A small pour at a tasting. The nose here is quite complex and intriguing. The palate is incredibly elderly, with little sweetness. I could give the nose a 91, but the palate has serious issues. Obviously well past its drinking window.

August 20, 2016 - Fast Times at the Frey's: Very, very dark amber color. Drank a small pour over 30 minutes. This was quite advanced even for its age. The nose still has some appeal though with orange marmalade, and orange zest predominating. The palate however is rather sour, bitter, sour apple, bitter orange, brown sugar, sweet finish, a bit syrupy, interesting, but this bottle was well past peak.

    March 8, 2008 - Farge: Dyp gylden.
Duft: Kompleks, moden nese med marsipan, aprikos, ren fin frukt.
Smak: Fyldig, konsentrert, flott Sauternes. Moden, men tåler flere år til på langs.
