March 29, 2024 - Farbe blasses gelb. Nase: zurückhaltend, kein „Moselschwefel“. Mund tolle Säure/Süße, noch nicht integriert. Reife zitrische Noten (Orange/Pampelmuse), Minze. Mittlere Länge

November 22, 2023 - So delicious. Pear, mint, sour candy, floral. Finishes with sweetness, acidity, and layers of flavor. Mineral saltiness, tart lime, sweet pear, herbal mintiness. Gloriously good. Drank next to the goldtropfchen which was also good, but Ohligsberg edges it out with more complexity. Should have bought much more of these…
