March 16, 2024 - Really a fun wine. Oily and dry texturally, good acid, pervasive finish.
Almond, grapefruit, and mineral, with a touch of saltiness- for the win. An odd combination, in that it is so reminiscent of some Jura wines, without the influence of flor.
Very fun, educational, and pleasing in its own right.

December 4, 2023 - This is an interesting mix of minerality, sweetness and dryness. The initial experience has a zip and tanginess where I think it will finish like a riesling, but it never fully evolves and is overwhelmed by a tartness and effervescence of a higher alcohol dry wine. I'm not usually a fan of an off-dry almost semi-sweet wine but this one stays elusive enough to drink through easily. Would pair well with a goat cheese I think.
