February 18, 2012 - Opened with a lot of fruit, but mellowed fairly quickly. Structure lasted well throughout bottle. Paired very well with bufala semi-firm cheese and Reed Family South Texas brush honey. Overall, a nice little wine, although the flavor profile wasn't terribly complicated.
