February 13, 2024 - New Zealand Trip; 2/10/2024-2/24/2024: Pale. White flowers and pine needles. Medium weight. Green apple fruit, completely dry, and a tooth rattling acid/mineral finish. Etched and severe right now, it will require some aging to unclench.
