February 28, 2021 - Opened two days ago, but didn't pay too much attention.
Much better than my last btl, apparently, but still not great. On the nose: still a bit muted with soft cranberry, a hint of coffee/toast and soft stemmy notes. On the palate: less harsh than my last btl, with good red fruit, soft stemmy notes, maybe a touch of pyrazine still, and some grippy and grainy tannin on the finish. Good, but nothing really memorable.

January 9, 2021 - Light red with brownish rim. Open nose of warm, ripe plum, dry wood and vanilla. Ripe fruit, guite fresh with dry wood and tight tannins. Elegant but tight wine. Drink up before the fruit dies out.

July 10, 2020 - Light red with brownish rim. Open nose of ripe plum and underwood. Soft and elegant with some ripe plum and minerals. Tight, warm finish. Great wine for a village level. Drink up.

December 6, 2019 - Labeled as 13% abv. Burgundy color with lighter shading at the rim. I find plum skin and berries on the palate (raspberries and possibly boysenberry), some "sous bois" and tannic material also present. Good.

July 30, 2018 - Perfectly delicious. Getting a bit of bottle sweetness, so maybe could improve for even longer.
