January 12, 2021 - SLDS New Year #2: Lemon, graphite, briny oyster shell, apple and smoke. Honey rounds out the palate, though it has lovely texture and extremely good length. Drinking really well now - this was a bottle showing in great nick.

December 13, 2017 - Has a touch of candied peel to the aroma. In the mouth it is rich and detailed. There’s delicate white peach and citrus fruits. It is sappy, powerful and long.

June 23, 2017 - Still very fresh with a nose of lemon and lime, blossom, iodine and dried flowers. It has good breadth and complexity in the mouth with all sorts of cool and rocky things bumping around the gums. There’s plenty of dry extract to the finish and flavours linger for a long time.

August 22, 2015 - Light yellow in color, nose of lemon and seawater. Slightly fruit forward for a chablis but very good for a 98 chablis. Finish with faint minerals, very ready to be consumed.

March 27, 2013 - Minerals, lemon, the prototype chablis. Delicious wine. Still fresh and full of life.
