July 9, 2023 - Fresh as a daisy and flawless. Pale yellow in the glass—looks like a brand new wine—with expressive aromatics, this is light and delicate on the palate with only subtle sweetness and intense minerals. Perfectly balanced and just approaching its peak. Not a blockbuster like the 01 but dare I say this might be just as good for what it is.

March 12, 2023 - Prüm's 2002 Wehlener Sonnenuhr Spätlese is just starting to open up and is very enjoyable today with an hour or two of air. Very fresh and fruit forward with an abundance of white peach, raspberry candy, roses, lime, roasted thyme, whipped cream and green apple. Pure and delicate, exceptional balance. Now - 2035

February 10, 2023 - Cork pushed in, bad fill level. Way advanced and completely dead and undrinkable.

December 12, 2022 - Very nice integration of sweetness for this Riesling - full golden colored. Nice ripe tropical fruits, with still elegant acidity that frames this wine all the way through. I liked this a lot

November 5, 2022 - Thai and Riesling Night: [Thai and Riesling Night - Nine Rieslings]
Much more oxidative and advanced than the 2005 Prum. Also more advanced than my first bottle. Matches my old notes to a degree, but this died after a hour of opening. Chalking it up to bottle variation here.
