October 4, 2023 - Darker than the other two single plots just tasted (Margheria and Parafada). So refined - there's a slightly ferrous touch of wet earth here behind the refinement and elegance. Quite tannic and drying - looking forward to seeing this uncut gem transform into a jewel.
