    February 22, 2024 - Nose:
toasty/oaky but not overbearing. There’s a creaminess/creme brûlée to it, also not overbearing. White flower. Some freshness and grassy elements as well. Perfume.

    Palate:
Nose comes through plus extra tart/tanginess but nothing is overpowering. Balance is nice. Not a ton of secondary flavors. Green apple and slight citrus. But long finish.
