February 10, 2024 - P-n-p. To the nose, dark fruit, bramble, slight forest floor, and very slight cigar box. On the palate, blackberry and black plum with black cherry, black raspberry and loganberry for fruit. Some bramble with subdued white pepper and allspice. Very slight slate and/or dry leather at finish after opens up. Tannins in silky threads providing adequate structure. Medium mouthfeel, medium length. "So smooth" and "delightful"among the descriptors\.
