December 5, 2022 - Corked. First '03 was beautiful. Careful with going beyond 20 years for many of these producers if not a Riserva or obvious top 5 producer.

December 4, 2022 - Opened, poured a small glass, let sit for 3 hours uncorked. Gorgeous drinking over the next few hours. First aged Fuligni and was very impressed with how well it maintained it's structure and vibrance. Second bottle seemed a bit off upon opening - smelled and tasted corked but cork looked fine. Will check again today.

November 28, 2021 - Drank from a Magnum this was the star of the evening. Here the line up : Poggio Salvi 2004 and 2005, Poggione 2010, Argiano 2015.
The Fuligni is in perfect shape right now, with noble tannin, subtle and gracefully fruit (Schattenmorelle and dried Kirsch). No signs of the heat in 2003. Loved it.

October 16, 2020 - Wet leather, dried dark cherry, delicious now.

May 17, 2020 - Unfortunately, I left this bottle too late. Aroma still there. The taste was a bit diluted but still very pleasant with notes of cedar on top of cherry. The colour was a tawney ruby. However the wine was a bit cloudy. Enough to make it close to opaque, affecting the taste and the enjoyment.
