January 5, 2024 - A pleasant wine with dark berries and plum as well as balsamic notes. Nicely filling the palate and leaving a medium to long aftertaste maybe a bit short on the deeper notes. This wine could have probably used some more time in the cellar; the tannins are smooth enough but not perfectly polished and the remaining acidity would have kept the wine sufficiently fresh for a while more. I would happily taste an older bottle on occasion.
