Strictest selection of the grapes during harvesting, low yields, careful pressing, fermentation with natural yeasts, ageing in stainless steel tanks and in traditional Mosel-Fuder casks result in well-structured Riesling wines. Dates back to16th century. Won “Winemaker of the year”, “Riesling Trophy”, “Overall White Wine Trophy” in London. Gault Millau, Wineguide: “Excellent estate. Among Germany’s best.”
