February 6, 2024 - I really enjoyed this champagne. As strange as it sounds it really reminded me of a freshly squeezed red apple, carrot and ginger juice. Mostly due to the red apples but I sensed the other components as well. super fresh and vibrant. Not overly complex but just incredibly easy drinking which deserved recognition. Got better with 60 minutes of air in the bottle.

January 1, 2024 - Apples and chalk, excellent entry level Marguet. 100% pinot noir, biodynamics. In the mouth close to my beloved Fleury BdN but not as precise.

December 1, 2023 - I could sense there was a deep, vinous champagne buried underneath, but I couldn’t get past this strong, dill pickle note. That sheen of dill just ruined it for me.
