February 7, 2024 - PnP. Fallow straw with clear edge in color. Nose of pretrol, minerals, apricot, pencil lead & physalis. On the palate: apricot, physalis, petrol and white peach. Bracing acidity is nevertheless in balance w/ a nice linear progression across the palate. Good intensity; feels ethereal and light...borderline watery, but the intensity compensates for the lack of weight. Long finish of lemon curd, stonefruit, petrol and flinty minerality.
