  July 28, 2013 - Delicious. Wine is perfect for drinking now. Medium to full bodied. Beautiful mouth feel and good finish. Very enjoyable. Exactly what I was hoping for/expecting from this Barossa shiraz.

  February 2, 2012 - Thick and viscous, full of menthol, dark fruits and leather. Perhaps past its best I think: the the quality is evident it lacks elegance and is getting a bit heavy I feel.

  November 18, 2011 - Black cherry, leather, raisin and a touch of pepper on the nose. Ripe and dry cherry flavors mid and forward palate. Full bodied with a rich and thick mouthfeel. Nearly complete tannic integration. Medium to long finish with some additional heat. Throws a fair amount of sediment at the end. Everything expected of a premium Barossa Shiraz from perhaps the best vintage this decade. Would have rated outstanding except it lacked complexity on the palate.
