January 8, 2017 - Popped and poured. Surprisingly very fruity. Still a little bit tannic. Could use one or two hours of decant. Still delicious.

October 24, 2014 - Fruity with well balanced tannins. Long after taste. At its peak, might evolve slightly with another year or so. Nice to have another three bottles in the cellar. Drank with filet of pork wrapped in bacon and served with a creme of chantarelles and cheese. Great combo!
