April 26, 2024 - My first Bedrock Cabernet. Love their zins and blends. PnP. Opens with floral, cassis, plum, cocoa, cedar, spice and mint aromas. On the palate this is light to medium body. Blue and black fruits, cocoa, spices, plum flavors. Next to no tannin noted and a very short finish. Not a bad wine, but not at the level I was expecting. 2 more bottles, so maybe it will put on weight in the next few years.
