December 24, 2022 - Showing quite well at the moment, still very fruit focused, full in the mouth. Rounded, balanced, good length. Served with the 2012 Pentad, and was the superior bottle on this night.

October 15, 2022 - This has aged well, definitely drinking in its prime right now. Beautifly aged red fruit with plenty of tertiary notes of leather and dust. WOW

June 19, 2014 - Blue fruit nose with steely blue fruit and soft, caressing tannins...but fully ready to go and a hint of green, vegetative notes that prevent a higher rating. Did I like it? Yes...but not at $50! Reminds me of a Paso Robles Cab/Rhone/Zin blend for $35 or $40.

February 5, 2011 - Aromas of green obacco, plum and dark fruit. Balanced, with plum and dark fruit flavors, ending with a subtle herbal quality. Excellent.
