July 12, 2013 - WOw. Color still dark purple and tannins still strong but smooth from cellaring. Nice upfront fruit - coffee, cedar notes. After two hrs., still drinking well with nice length. Could keep ageing. Shared with mom from Chile - she appreciated this one!

March 13, 2011 - Strong vanilla oak and pure sweet fruit. A bit over Oaked and overextracted. Chalk, heavy chalk on the mouth and pasty tannins. Sorry but too modern and overdone for my taste.

September 10, 2010 - To me, stongly structured. Lots of tannic drying; this thing could take on a ribeye, easy.

Took quite a while to open up and give up some fruit on the nose. I'm no good at nuance... it was fruit, ok ? Lots of earth; I liked that. Nice and full on the palate, dry on the finish. Good.
