May 18, 2024 - Well balanced SB, not the usual grassy and fruity CA type, but citrus, almond and stone fruits with nice acidity, and mid-palate fullness. Delicious.

May 14, 2024 - Nicely done. Crisp acidity, tropical fruit on the nose, and more texture than a typical SB. It is still SB and so in my opinion has a ceiling, but for the price it is an absolute steal. Much much better closer to room temperature, when chilled it is harder to see through the acid.
