April 28, 2024 - Outstanding quality. Needs a few hours to open up. Very fresh and alive. Lovely bright fruit on the palate. Light pears, green apple, fresh florals, a hint of seaspray and saline.
More Chablis-like than white burgundy IMO. Stylistically different from Morgen Long and Walter Scott, but right up there in terms of quality. Should do very well in the cellar and excited to try the 2023 when it hits shelves.
