May 8, 2024 - Premier nez peu ouvert, avec des notes fruitées délicates de agrumes. Nez assez simple, se développe pas à l'ouverture.
Acidité et salinité à l'attaque en bouche, finale gourmand, gras, avec un très bon équilibre. Arômes de rétro olfaction de bouillon.
Fermentation malolactique importante, un vin blanc très gourmand et agréable -
