April 25, 2024 - Colour: medium ruby,legs are medium and plenty, no sediment
Nose: slight vanilla, raspberry, elderberry, herbs
Mouth: sweet cherry, strawberry, medium acidity
Finish: smooth but slightly adstringent tannins, sweet strawberry, slight bitter chocolate, slight herbs, long and medium complexity -

February 11, 2024 - Superb spicy nose of farmyard, ripe red cherries, saline and cold cherries, cèpes de Bordeaux... Very delicious taste of sappy strawberries, loads of sappy red fruit, very delicious Plan Pégau!!
