October 17, 2023 - Very pretty floral notes on the nose along with somewhat strong spice qualities, red cherry and red berries. Between light and medium bodied (13.5% ABV) with red berries and red cherries the dominant fruit notes with spices, earth and minerals on the backside and through the finish. There's good openness through the middle and while a lighter, more accessible style of red, there's enough complexity and nuance here to elevate the wine a bit. Should drink well over the next few years. (Sarduzzo Enoteca; Cagliari, Sardinia, Italy)
