May 5, 2016 - Quite good. At 11 years old an exceptional QPR. Just a little heavy in the mid palate. In general I like their Pinot better.

April 24, 2012 - Big fruit with spice and a bit of heat. Lingering finish. Drinks well on its own.

December 13, 2011 - Last tasted in 2009, it was very tight then. Today, just beginning to open up. With food it is servicable, without just a bit austere. I think in two years this should be a very good wine, bold and a bit agressive, like a southern French red blend. It is not however, elegent or refined. It is what it is. Enjoyable but no sense of place and I don't think age will give it elegence or smooth texture.

February 3, 2011 - A very average wine with no discernable flavor profile. Maybe a little grape kool-aid action. Better with food than on its own. ($12)

December 2, 2010 - Dark ruby with medium viscosity in the glass. Tobacco, earth, veggies and bramble on the nose. Lite bodied with ripe raspberries, must and veggies on the palette. Tastes more diluted than smooth. Not much in the way of mouthfeel, however the finish is long with muted notes of oak and pepper.
