March 17, 2021 - Matured perfectly and could potentially hold for another few years. Gentle on the nose and palate, the roses and red berry tones emerge in full from the start. Unfortunately, flavors stay a little flat and never really develop into those silky sensations great Bourgogne reds should deliver

September 11, 2020 - My last bottle drank well with parchment paper salmon. Cherry fruit, earthiness, good acid balance. Wish I had more. Drink or hold.

December 13, 2018 - My first of three and t was pretty good. Pop and pour and drank with a chicken pasta dish in marinara sauce. Lots of earth and secondary flavors but a bit lite on fruit. Nice balance and good acidity. Drink or hold.

May 27, 2018 - OMG, what a final bottle ... A real beauty on the nose with decadent aromas of ripe cherries, sandalwood, stew with clove. Also apple pie. Rusty, earthy. Call it deep and elegant. An authentic perfume.
Age and fatigue are only noticed in the mouth with an aqueous texture, almost no aftertaste and a short length. In exchange for all, this wine still provides a fine acidity that calls for fat food. Some tartaric crystals. However, never a disappointing bottle of this Burgundian house.
