Community Tasting Notes 1

April 27, 2024 - PnP, and slow ox'd over the course of 3 hours (should've properly decanted). Initially tight and ungiving with considerable heat, but this settles in to reveal a very nice (and young) Zin. Red fruits lead the way on the palate, with notes of raspberry and cranberry coalescing with a skosh of dark chocolate. Oak is seamlessly integrated, and there's just enough acidity to keep it all moving.
