February 1, 2021 - Just re-discovered this 24-year old bottle in my cellar. Opened it fully expecting it was totally undrinkable. But, no. It certainly is past prime condition, but it turns out to be an agreeable pairing for a Greek-inspired chicken-eggplant-feta-olive dish. I don't imagine that there are many CT readers who are interested in finding out about this wine. For the record, the wine was light amber in the glass. Not much nose. Just a faint note of well-aged unidentified fruit flavors with an unexpected sweet nuance.
