October 16, 2009 - Served with shrimp and the pairing was not the best. Wine was crisp with a hint of green apple. Nice acidity.

September 16, 2009 - Nice nose of apricots and peaches. Served with a sweet chicken and noodle dish and there was enough acidity to cut through the sweetness. Crisp, clear wine. Flavors are not particularly complex, but not really needed in this wine. Finish is medium in length. I would drink in the next 12 months.
