Community Tasting Notes 1

March 29, 2024 - The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry, strawberry jam, plum, raspberry, oak and vanilla. It tastes like raspberry, blackberry, plum, lead pencil, oak, high toast, black olive and chocolate. The body is medium/full. The wine has juicy texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity.
Needs to breathe for several hours.
