May 1, 2024 - Glossy dark and extracted Chambolle but at the same time managed to keep everything in check and not overdone. This reminded me of Vogue, albeit with a little less flamboyance. Lush fruit and serious structure, yea this will last for a while yet.

April 27, 2024 - Double-blind. Round and fine tannins with good structure, clearly still in upswing. Plenty of attractive spices leaded me to Vosne. Thought this was a ‘02 Malconsorts or Suchots from a good producer. An impressive mini-Musigny, co-WOTN with ‘93 Guigal La Moulin.

A more stern Chambolle that became more tannic and closed with air, opposite of the last time I had this when it took time to become open. From these two data points, seems like this wine is still in its infancy.

April 28, 2023 - Initially a bit lean, so I thought this must be from ‘01 vintage. But this continued to improve over the 3 hours dinner, adding weight and complexity with good mouthfeel. WOTN for me. Over the last 2 months, I have tasted ‘93, ‘02, ‘03, and ‘09 of this Cuvée on separate occasions. ‘02 and ‘09 were equal currently while ‘09 had potential to be just as good as ‘93 one day.
