November 27, 2014 - Sugar plum and raisin aromas. Well extracted flavors. Some smokiness. Long lasting. Very dark color.

April 6, 2014 - Deep red. Smoke, blueberry, salumi, leather, vanilla nose. Blackberry, pepper, leather, medium-long finish. Smooth tannins and fairly lively acid. This should last a few more years, although I’m not sure it will improve much.
