July 13, 2014 - D'un surprenant rosé foncé tuilé, on perçoit des notes de noisette et caramel brûlé. Très doux et fin, un remier riesling de glace pour moi. Prêt à boire. Excellent!

February 20, 2014 - 10.5% alcohol. Clear light amber/copper hue, or tea-colored, as someone suggested. Wonderful bouquet of pine needles, apricots, pumpkin pie, rosemary, honey, peach syrup, nectarines. A raisined, oxidized quality reminiscent of a vin santo. Based on color and complexity I would have guessed a significantly older wine. Outstanding by itself and with raspberry panna cotta for dessert.

January 24, 2014 - Just a lovely sweet, deep dessert wine. Not sure I get a ton of complexity in this, but it is a wonderful deep honey (that kindof older honey that's a bit darker and a bit less sweet and maybe just the lightest touch of smoke). Delicious.
