August 30, 2010 - Decanted for 1 hour and consumed over 2 hours this was anticipated to stand up against my smoked ribs and did not disappoint. Great nose and heft to compliment the BBQ, but the best part was the lush raspberry liquor on the finish. WOW!

May 24, 2010 - Interesting mix of aussie deep fruit and a some char, funky earth. This is not for everyone becuase that mushroomy funk is pronounced. I enjoyed - for $17 it may be a tad high.

April 17, 2010 - Saigon Park Hyatt. - Fairly deep purple, but translucent.Tried this a month back and bottle was off. This one has the faintest funk. Smokey oak. Eucolytus? Some kinda spoiled fruit, Passion? Yogurt
strawberry shake? Weird, but no in an attractive way.

Nice palate, and floats across m f b finish is nice but lays down in the mid. Light on it's feet. Smoke, licorice, sweet blackish fruit. That give way to oak charred raspberries. Acid, oak, fruit all working. Kinda growing on me.

Two nights earlier I had sent a glass back due to it being off, which is a problem I have had before with entry level Torbreck.
