  February 16, 2022 - Records not handly. Probably bought (several) 10-12 years ago from a local retailer for less than 15/b. Solid cork. Decanted with normal sediment for its age. Medium purple; ripe red cherry, bit of black tea that follow on the palate, good mouthfeel. Seems just past prime with fruit enjoyable but a bit faded--no point in waiting. Stored horizontally in a cool, dark basement since purchase. My evaluation (see earlier posts for my 4-category, non-point rating system): This is notable when considering quality, age, and price.

  September 7, 2011 - Very reminiscent of a port on the nose. Softer flavors, but still much like a port. Very versatile though, won't overshadow food.
