July 29, 2011 - Fairly muted. Ok, but nothing special.

October 31, 2008 - Crystal French Wine Sale (Non Bordeaux) (Crystal Wines): Very muted cool climate nose with just spectres of honey dew. Grassier than the les caillottes blanc but more one dimensional.

September 4, 2008 - Pale yellow with aromas of honeysuckle, citrus, mild grasses, and sage. Medium nectar with mild acidity. Crisp and clean with bright flavors of lemon peel, tangerine, white ginger spice and mildly grassed and tart green apple essence. The finish lingers and I ponder it's wealth. This is a fantastic Sancerre with great finesse that will not be forgotten.
