September 12, 2009 - Nice cream-yellow body. Telltale Vouvray aromas of crème brûlée, flowers, poached pear. Nice flavors of starfruit, pear, and mineral front and center, with a slightly spicy finish. A tad "fat" or "oily" on the palate, but not flabby. 13% alcohol.
