April 14, 2024 - Full gold colour. Pronounced and developed nose with caramel, bruiced yellow apples, honey, mushrooms, forest floor, leather, olives, roasted hazelnuts, wet stone and salty sea. Pronounced taste of bruiced yellow apples, honey, mushrooms, forest floor, olives, leather, roasted hazelnuts, wet stone and salty sea. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. An outstanding Jura Blanc that has matured beautifully. Best witching the first hour after opening. Drink now. Goes well with cheeses or cured meat.

September 24, 2023 - A "cult" wine tasting and lunch (Restaurant Bak, Amsterdam, NL): Magnum. Full golden colour, beautifully evolved, deep candied fruit and warm spices on the nose without even a whiff of oxidation, wonderfully bright and fresh for its age, crisp acidity, salty, long and linear finish.

December 30, 2021 - Went for a flordriven Jura to «rakfisk» the traditional Norwegian fermented trout again. Had the previous of the two bottles i bought last summer, both showing simular deep golden hue, rich flor character, both on the nose and the palate, but comparing to another 2013 Rolet I had the other week, to the same traditional dish, in the 1996 the acidity naturally where much lower, and the complexity had not increased.

November 6, 2021 - Medium amber colour. Pronounced nose with olives, walnuts, caramel, cheese, almonds, mushrooms, truffles, toast and cured meat. Pronounced taste of caramel, olives, cheese, mushrooms, toast, cured meat and almonds. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good and well matured Jura Blanc that tastes like a Vin Jaune. Needed 15 min in the glass. Drink now. Goes well with cheeses.
