June 19, 2014 - A little time in bottle has done wonders for this wine. Slightly tart fruit that opens up, slight bell pepper, toasty oak, and medium tannin.

November 5, 2011 - It's been a while since I've had this...bought these at the winery back in 2008 on a Santa Barbara trip. Still lovely and consistent with previous tasting.

August 15, 2011 - Took a long time to open, even via decanter. Complex fruit. Needs more time.

October 29, 2009 - Better than I recall from the last tasting. Nose of eucalyptus and leather. Tart fruit on the palate opens softly into a subtle wash of toasted oak and then fades to a warm finish.

July 4, 2009 - Lovely layers of fruit.
